中國科學院上海巴斯德研究所是由中國科學院和法國巴斯德研究所共建的國際化研究機構(gòu)，聚焦重大傳染病的病原致病機制、免疫保護與病理規(guī)律等關(guān)鍵科學問題，開展基礎與轉(zhuǎn)化型研究，服務全球公共健康，是活躍在全球傳染病防控領域的一支重要力量，是國際高端人才引進、一帶一路科技合作與人才培養(yǎng)的重要基地和窗口。
上海巴斯德所微生物與發(fā)育、健康研究中心由菲利普.善頌尼提(Philippe Sansonetti)院士領銜，主要從遺傳、發(fā)育、營養(yǎng)與環(huán)境的角度開展腸道微生物群相關(guān)基礎與應用研究，承擔上海市科技重大專項等重大項目。
根據(jù)工作需要，中心現(xiàn)面向社會公開招聘一名副主任，主要職責為協(xié)助中心主任與上海市政府相關(guān)部門、醫(yī)院以及其他合作研究機構(gòu)之間的溝通協(xié)調(diào)，推動中心科研合作、項目、經(jīng)費等事項的落地；協(xié)助中心主任開展中心日常管理工作，促進中心常態(tài)化運轉(zhuǎn)。
一、職位要求
1.具有博士學位；
2.在公共關(guān)系、行政管理或生物醫(yī)藥領域具有不少于10年的學習及工作經(jīng)驗；具有生命科學領域投資經(jīng)驗者為佳；
3.在國際事務和公共關(guān)系領域有經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
4.具有良好的團隊合作精神、創(chuàng)新能力和積極主動性；
5.精通英語，具有出色的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。

ABOUT THE INSTITUTE AND THE CENTER
Institut Pasteur of Shanghai (IPS) is an independent research institution jointly established by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Institut Pasteur and Shanghai Municipal Government. IPS is dedicated to enhancing preparedness and responsiveness to infectious diseases through conducting cutting-edge research and sustained translation of solutions.
“The Center for Microbes, Development and Health” headed by Professor Philippe Sansonetti addresses the “post-modern, non-communicable epidemics” emerging in high-income regions, including high susceptibility of newborns to infections, and the developmental defects affecting populations in low-to-middle income regions, the focus being on the etiological role played by the ongoing global degradation of the human-microbial interface.
THE VACANCY
The center is now seeking for a Deputy Director to assist the CMDH direction team in the interaction and deals with different departments of the Shanghai Municipality, hospitals, research and academic authorities and, in general, with other public or private partners that could be involved in the development of the new Center.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Highly motivated and talented applicant with a Ph.D., in Public Affairs and Administration with experience preferably in Health and Bio-Medical affairs
- Knowledge and experience on private investment and entrepreneurs on Life Sciences would be an important asset.
-Confirmed, cumulated expertise in one or several of the fields quoted above , at least 10 years, is mandatory
- Knowledge of international affairs and relationships would be greatly appreciated
- Capacity to propose initiatives and conduct autonomously delegated tasks while participating to team work with high spirit are sought
- Be proficient in English and communication skills at level of excellence are required
