研究生學(xué)歷,學(xué)士及以上學(xué)位 崗位1任職要求： 1.Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is preferred; 2.Above 1 year full-time employment experience in Research Funding and Administration Services is preferred; 3.Good English language written and verbal skills; 4.Professional, well-organized and detail-oriented personality 5.Good at communication and interpersonal skills 6.Good arbitration or negotiation skills 7.Able to work independently, prioritize workload and manage own time 8.Knowledge or training in finance, funding application, and management. 崗位2任職要求： 1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; Master’s degree is preferred; 2.Working experience in research administration work is preferred; 3.Fluent in spoken English and decent communication skills in both writing and presentation; 4.Ability in Chinese writing (like project proposal) and presentation; 5.Professional personality and active team player; 6.Responsible for delivering tasks on time; 7.Quick in response to on-demand needs. |

| 崗位1工作職責(zé)： 1.Application (*Talent Programs and Applied Basic Research Programs, which include funding from the Central Committee, CPC (中組部), SAFEA (外專局), MOST, MOE, and SJTU a)Applied Basic Research Programs b)Talent Program c)Selecting engineering-related grants/talent programs for non-tenure-system research faculty 2.Administration (Talent Programs and Applied Basic Research Programs) Assisting tenured/tenure-track faculty with their research project management including but not limited to: a)Translation (announcement) b)Contract/agreement processing c)Funds account (open up) d)Report processing (intermediate, final, annual, etc.) 3.Office Operation and Management a)Consulting b)Policy and regulation 4. Selecting, editing related research materials and issuing the Research Express. 崗位2工作職責(zé)： 1.Assist with Smart Connected Systems Center's construction and development a)Research strategy study b)Academic/research activities planning c)Establish research cooperation with the University of Michigan d)Research opportunities expansion 2.Assist with Smart Connected Systems Center's routine admin work a)Establish Center's rules and regulations b)Build and maintenance Center’s website c)Information collection, documents drafting and files storage 3.Assist with Smart Connected Systems Center's space and equipment management a)Coordinate with the Center labs decoration and removal work b)Assist with Center’s equipment purchase and management 4.Assist with Smart Connected Systems Center's meeting organization a)Meeting preparation b)Taking minutes c)Content summary after meeting 5.Other assigned coordination work |
