| 崗位職責 |
| 1.Implements stewardship plan and manages stewardship works for gift records and recognitions. 2.Manages data acquisition including updating data information of donors, alumni, students & parents, cooperates and organizations etc. 3.Supports a process that prompts executives to update progress reports for major donors regularly or non-regularly, as appropriate. 4.Makes prospect research to support development identifications, cultivation and solicitations. 5.Manages office file archiving and improve office database. 6.Provides service to office operations, receptions and outreach. 7.Assists in affairs and activities of volunteers and committees/boards. 8.Assists in advancement communication outputs that complement and enhance development activities. 9.Assists in alumni and parents engagement, as needed. 10.Assists in development proposals, as needed. 11.Supports administrative works for EDP program, as needed. 12.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties, as needed. |
