研究生教育學(xué)歷,碩士及以上學(xué)位 1.Master’s Degree. Major in Marketing / Engineering or related subject Background is preferred. 2.Professional presentation and report writing skills. 3.Good English and Chinese language written and verbal skills. 4.Excellent analysis skill. 5.Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. 6.Ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of constituencies. 7.Excellent organizational and follow-through skills. 8.Basic IT skills. 9.Customer care skills. 10.Able to work independently as well as part of a team. 11.Willing to travel extensively independently, including evenings and weekends. 12.Hard-working. 13.Willing to take responsibility. |
| 崗位職責(zé) |
| 1.Represent JI programs, and other programs when necessary, traveling to 30 ~ 40 on-campus and/or off-campus recruiting events throughout China and internationally, especially during the peak recruiting season. 2.Assistant with prospective applicant inquiries. Communicate regularly with prospective applicants from their initial inquiry to matriculation and helping them navigate the application process. Receive and interact with incoming visitors, answer phone calls 3.Support marketing efforts originated and led by Communication, including updating the program’s web pages and producing regular news and information that can be published on the University’s website. 4.Prepare, review and summarize various admissions reports and documents, draft background documents, incoming and outgoing communication as necessary, and maintain the archive of records and files for the team. |
