課題組簡介

竺立哲教授畢業(yè)于阿姆斯特丹大學化學系，彼時作為瑪麗居里初級研究員，通過分子模擬手段研究蛋白質(zhì)受體異位調(diào)節(jié)效應機理，后于2012年赴香港科技大學從事博士后研究，致力于增強抽樣算法同馬爾可夫態(tài)模型方法的整合。竺教授于2018年8月加入香港中文大學（深圳），現(xiàn)在生命與健康科學學院及瓦謝爾計算生物研究院擔任助理教授。竺教授目前的研究興趣包括高效自動化路徑搜索方法開發(fā)、機器學習與增強采樣算法的整合、結(jié)構(gòu)生物信息學工具開發(fā)、RNA/DNA干擾的分子機制、基因編輯的分子機制、基于結(jié)構(gòu)的藥物設計、膜蛋白藥物特異性機制研究等。竺博士已在國際主流期刊（Nature Communications, Physical Review Letters, The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, PLoS Computational Biology, Current Opinion in Structural Biology, Journal of Chemical Physics, Journal of Computational Chemistry等）發(fā)表論文20余篇。

職位說明

崗位要求：

1. 年齡小于等于35歲；

2. 擁有計算生物、計算化學、計算物理相關學科博士學位以及可展示的過往課題成果；

3. 擁有基本的英語溝通能力、閱讀文獻能力、數(shù)據(jù)分析能力、編程能力、英語寫作能力；

4. 該職位新算法研發(fā)與算法應用并重，擁有較強機器學習背景者優(yōu)先。

薪酬及福利

具有競爭力的薪酬，根據(jù)個人資歷和經(jīng)驗而定；由香港中文大學（深圳）直接聘用；享有中國大陸現(xiàn)行的勞動法所規(guī)定的相關福利。
