POSTDOCTORAL POSITIONS: REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEMS BIOLOGY
The Krawetz group http://compbio.med.wayne.edu is using the human protamine gene cluster, as a model of chromatin mediated genome reprogramming and RNA delivery by sperm to understand early human development.

As part of an interdisciplinary research team using advanced HTGS, CGH, FISH, Microarray, Real-Time and Computational technologies we will determine how chromatin structure and RNA are used to reprogram our genome. Self motivated individuals trained in molecular biology, genetics, cytogenetics and/or biochemistry with expertise in HTGS, CGH, FISH and MICROARRAYS are especially encouraged to apply.
