　　Position & Responsibilities:

　　Arrowhead Pharma is seeking a synthetic organic chemist to join the Chemistry Department as a full-time industrial post-doctoral fellow. S/He will be joining a team of highly motivated and experienced chemists, and contribute to the success of Arrowhead. S/He will be expected to:

　　• Design and carry out syntheses to make target novel compounds

　　• Identify critical issues/steps in a synthesis and solve the problems in a timely fashion.

　　• Track progress against project timelines, generate regular status updates, and communicate progress and issues to management

　　• Adhere to safe laboratory practices

　　• Energetic, self-motivated and hard working

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　The successful candidate should have a PhD in organic chemistry with excellent publication track record. Highly innovative and creative in problem solving. Great work ethics.
