課題組簡介：

楊麗麗，南方科技大學(xué)統(tǒng)計與數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)系教授。楊麗麗教授及其課題組長期從事公共安全應(yīng)急管理、公共事件風(fēng)險識別與評估的理論和方法的研究以及大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)急平臺的設(shè)計研究。課題組由海歸的教授、研究助理教授、以及多名博士研究生和碩士研究生組成，目前團(tuán)隊共二十余人，工作地點深圳市南山區(qū)，緊靠深圳北站。課題組短短幾年已經(jīng)得到了大量的經(jīng)費(fèi)資助，目前正在承擔(dān)國自然、科技部重點專項、深圳市項目等多項科研項目，研究經(jīng)費(fèi)充足，學(xué)術(shù)氛圍濃郁�，F(xiàn)面向國內(nèi)外公開招聘研究副教授/助理教授1-2名，共同致力于大數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)學(xué)建模、決策系統(tǒng)等研究應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。

崗位要求：

1.在計算機(jī)、數(shù)學(xué)或公共安全等相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域獲得博士學(xué)位；

2.具有海外或國內(nèi)研究型大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)博士后工作經(jīng)歷或更高層次科研工作；

3.近5年在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域主流會議或期刊以第一作者身份發(fā)表論文2篇以上，論文能體現(xiàn)自己的特長與能力；

4.能夠獨立開展課題組相關(guān)研究方向的科研工作；

崗位職責(zé)：

1.主要負(fù)責(zé)課題組的全面管理，致力于大數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)學(xué)建模、決策系統(tǒng)等研究應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。

2.負(fù)責(zé)并參與課題組其他相關(guān)項目的工作研究；

3.發(fā)表具有國際競爭力的高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文；

4.獨立申請研究經(jīng)費(fèi)，支持課題組長期研究；

5.協(xié)助或組織課題組申報各類科研課題及承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的科學(xué)研究任務(wù)；

6.指導(dǎo)（或協(xié)助指導(dǎo)）博士、碩士研究生等。

崗位待遇：

1.提供有競爭力的薪酬待遇，合同期三年，研究副教授年薪35-45萬元，研究助理教授年薪25-35萬元，年終獎1個月月薪，績效獎1-3個月月薪。享受南科大正式教職工待遇，包括餐補(bǔ)、高溫補(bǔ)貼，過節(jié)費(fèi)，五險一金等。聘期3年，根據(jù)聘期表現(xiàn)可續(xù)聘。

Positions of Research Associate/Assistant Professor

About the team:

Dr. Lili Yang is a professor in Department of Statistics and Data Science at Southern University of Science and Technology. Her research team has a strong track record in the research areas of big data analysis, mathematics modeling, public safety management, theory and methodology of risk detection and assessment in public events, big data enabled emergency platform. The research team consists of more than 20 members including professors, PhD students, master students and research assistants, some of whom have oversea study or work experience. The office is located in Nanshan district, Shenzhen which is close to the Shenzhen North station. The team is currently undertaking a number of national funded projects and has sufficient finance supports. Applications are invited for 1-2 posts of Research associate/assistant professors. 

Essential requirements:

1.A PhD or equivalent in computer science, mathematics or public safety management or a closely related discipline.

2.Have postdoctoral (or above) research experience in a research-oriented university or research institute.

3.More than 2 publications in top conferences or journals in related research areas within the last 5 years.

4.Capabilities of carrying out independent research in related areas.

Duties and responsibilities:

1.Co-managing the research team, undertaking research in areas including big data analysis, mathematics modelling, emergency management and decision making, risk detection and assessment, and big data enabled system design and development.

2.Participating in other relevant projects which may have.

3.Publishing papers in top conferences and journals.

4.Able to independently applying for research grants and supporting the long-term research plan of the research team.

5.Assisting/organizing grant applications of the research team and fulfilling relevant research tasks.

6.Supervising or assisting in supervising PhD students, master students etc.

Job benefits:

1.A fix term contract for three years with the possibility of extension and a competitive salary (350,000-450,000 CNY per annum for Research Associate Professor and 250,000-350,000 CNY per annum for Research Assistant Professor). In addition, there are an annual bonus equivalent to 1 month base salary and a performance bonus equivalent to 1-3 month base salary. The successful candidates will receive the same benefits as the faculty staff, including subsidy for meals, hot weather, festivals and other benefit required by the law.

2.Well established research facilities and full support for grant applications.

3.Qualified candidates will be assisted to apply for the Shenzhen talent programs such as the Peacock Plan with a reward from 1,600,000 to 2,000,000. Assistance will also be provided for the application of the Shenzhen hukou, school admission for children.
