浙江大學(xué)高分子科學(xué)與工程學(xué)系組建于1992年，坐落在風(fēng)景秀麗的錢塘江邊、西子湖版、老和山下、求是園中。建系20年來，“高分子化學(xué)與物理”被遴選為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科。目前學(xué)系由高分子科學(xué)、高分子復(fù)合材料和生物醫(yī)用大分子三個(gè)研究所組成，致力于培養(yǎng)理工結(jié)合的“高分子材料科學(xué)與工程”本科生、“高分子化學(xué)與物理”和“高分子材料”碩士和博士研究生，與浙江大學(xué)化學(xué)、材料系共設(shè)學(xué)科博士后流動(dòng)站。現(xiàn)主要研究方向?yàn)楦叻肿雍铣苫瘜W(xué)、聚合物流變學(xué)、聚合物膜材料、光電功能高分子、生物醫(yī)用高分子等。

二、 招聘類型及條件
（一）優(yōu)秀青年人才
本研究領(lǐng)域同齡人中的拔尖人才，在海外知名高校取得博士學(xué)位，并有5年以上的海外學(xué)習(xí)與科研工作經(jīng)歷；或在國(guó)內(nèi)知名高校取得博士學(xué)位，并有2年以上的海外科研工作經(jīng)歷；或已在國(guó)內(nèi)科研院校工作，并做出突出成果者。年齡35周歲左右，全職來校工作。
應(yīng)聘人員可選擇常規(guī)創(chuàng)新師資引進(jìn)，也可以依托我單位申報(bào)國(guó)家“青年千人”計(jì)劃，入選者加入浙江大學(xué)“百人計(jì)劃”，按照學(xué)校政策給予學(xué)校相應(yīng)的研究員（正高）職稱崗位，并提供具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究條件和個(gè)人待遇，具體面議。
（二）外籍教師
應(yīng)具有國(guó)內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)博士學(xué)位，兩年及以上教學(xué)或科研工作經(jīng)歷。在高分子成型加工、高分子化學(xué)與物理、功能高分子等方向取得顯著成績(jī)。外籍教師可選擇進(jìn)入事業(yè)編制，按照《浙江大學(xué)外籍教師聘用暫行辦法》管理。特別優(yōu)秀人員，如已在國(guó)外一流大學(xué)取得教職（助理教授以上），可以選擇進(jìn)入學(xué)校的“百人計(jì)劃”，享受較為優(yōu)厚的政策待遇。

We sincerely invite applications for tenure-track or tenured faculty positions at all ranks in the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering (DPSE, http://polymer.zju.edu.cn/english/) at Zhejiang University (ZJU). We seek for outstanding candidates, who are working in the areas of Polymer Processing, Polymer Chemistry & Physics, and Functional Polymers (in particular biomedical polymers, polymer membranes for separation, and optoelectronic polymers).
Positions and Qualifications:
1. Full-time Faculty:
-Qualified applicants should hold a doctoral degree with a minimum of 3 years’ overseas research experience; or hold a faculty position in university or advanced research institution with outstanding achievements;
2. Part-time Faculty:
-Qualified applicants should hold tenured professorship in world-renowned universities.
Salary and Benefits:
