一、學(xué)校概況 University Profile

嘉興南湖學(xué)院，地處長(zhǎng)三角中心城市—嘉興南湖之畔，是經(jīng)國(guó)家教育部批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立的、嘉興市人民政府舉辦的全日制普通本科高等學(xué)校，其前身為嘉興學(xué)院南湖學(xué)院。2020年12月“建黨百年、百年建校”背景下，學(xué)校以革命紅船起航地—“嘉興南湖”命名，成功轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)為公辦普通本科高校，全面開(kāi)啟新征程。
 

學(xué)校辦學(xué)基礎(chǔ)好，目前占地900余畝（規(guī)劃用地300余畝），下設(shè)13個(gè)二級(jí)教學(xué)單位、34個(gè)本科專(zhuān)業(yè)，涵蓋文學(xué)、法學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、工學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)等6大學(xué)科門(mén)類(lèi)，在校全日制本科學(xué)生7700余人；擁有專(zhuān)任教師430余人，其中副高級(jí)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)以上教師占比超30%；建有經(jīng)濟(jì)管理實(shí)驗(yàn)中心等11個(gè)省級(jí)以上實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心，教學(xué)儀器設(shè)備總值1億多元，圖書(shū)館紙質(zhì)藏書(shū)76萬(wàn)冊(cè)。
 

Jiaxing Nanhu University is located at the Bank of Jiaxing South Lake, the central city of the Yangtze River Delta. It is a full-time ordinary undergraduate university established with the approval of the Ministry of Education and organized by Jiaxing Municipal People's Government. Its predecessor is Nanhu College of Jiaxing University. In December 2020, under the background of "building the Party for a hundred years and building the University for a hundred years", the University was named after the place where the revolutionary red ship sailed - "Jiaxing South Lake", and was successfully transformed into a public undergraduate university, opening a new journey in an all-round way.
 

The university has a good foundation, and it covers an area of more than 900 mu so far (planned land of more than 300 mu), with 13 secondary teaching departments and 34 undergraduate majors, covering 6 university disciplines such as literature, law, economics, management, engineering and medicine, and more than 7700 full-time undergraduate students; There are more than 430 full-time teachers, of which teachers with deputy senior professional and technical positions or above account for more than 30%; There are 11 experimental teaching demonstration centers above the provincial level, including the economic management experimental center. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment is more than 100 million yuan, and the library has a paper collection of 760000 books.

二、招聘要求和條件 Recruitment Requirements and Conditions
 

1、遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，身心健康，品行端正，無(wú)犯罪記錄。
 

2、母語(yǔ)為英語(yǔ)， 具有本科及以上學(xué)歷。
 

3. 具有2年及以上教學(xué)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)且具有TEFL\TESOL\CELTA等語(yǔ)言教學(xué)資格證書(shū)。
 

4、年齡60周歲以下，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，熱愛(ài)教學(xué)工作，有高度的責(zé)任心。
 

5、具有中國(guó)高校任教經(jīng)驗(yàn)者，或具有語(yǔ)言學(xué)、教育學(xué)相關(guān)學(xué)位的優(yōu)先考慮。
 

1、Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, be in good health，behave properly without any criminal record.
 

2、You must be a native speaker of English and have a bachelor's degree or above.
 

3、You must have 2 years of relevant education work experiences and must have language teaching certificate such as TEFL\TESOL\CELTA.
 

4、Your age should be under 60. You must be a good team player and have the enthusiasm to undertake teaching work with high sense of responsibility .
 

5、Teaching experience in Chinese universities is preferred, or applicants with degree in linguistics, pedagogy and other related majors are preferred.

三、工作量及薪資待遇 Workload and salary
 

1、工作課時(shí)：每周16課時(shí)的工作量。承擔(dān)教學(xué)任務(wù)包括（英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)課、英語(yǔ)演講與辯論課程），其他任務(wù)包括（1.大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)科競(jìng)賽指導(dǎo)、培訓(xùn)、評(píng)委等工作；2.英語(yǔ)角口語(yǔ)交際訓(xùn)練組織指導(dǎo)工作；3.大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)戲劇表演排練指導(dǎo)及評(píng)委工作；4.其它由學(xué)院安排的教研活動(dòng)等任務(wù)）。
 

2、薪資：包括每月月薪、旅費(fèi)補(bǔ)貼、校齡補(bǔ)貼等。具體薪資面議。
 

3、住宿：學(xué)校免費(fèi)提供公寓。
 

4、保險(xiǎn)：學(xué)校將按規(guī)定為外籍教師購(gòu)買(mǎi)商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)和社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)。假期：享有學(xué)校規(guī)定的中國(guó)公共假期和寒暑假。合同簽訂期限：一年。
 

1、Workload: 16 class hours per week including teaching tasks (oral English and English speech and debate courses) and other tasks (1. Guidance, training and judging of College Students' English competitions; 2. Organization and guidance of English corner oral communication training; 3. College English drama performance rehearsal guidance and judge work；4. Other teaching and research activities arranged by the college).
 

2、Salary package: The salary of foreign teachers includes monthly salary, airfare allowance, seniority allowance, etc. The salary standard shall be determined in accordance with professional ranks and titles, or academic qualifications of foreign teachers.
 

3、Accommodation: free apartment is provided.
 

4、Insurance: commercial and social insurance for foreign teachers in accordance with law.
 

   Holidays: Chinese national holidays, summer and winter holidays of the university.
 

   Contract signing period: one year.
