數(shù)學(xué)院是一個(gè)綜合性的國(guó)立學(xué)術(shù)研究機(jī)構(gòu)，覆蓋了數(shù)學(xué)與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的主要研究方向。目前，數(shù)學(xué)院除了下屬的四個(gè)研究所以外，還有三個(gè)中國(guó)科學(xué)院研究中心，分別為中國(guó)科學(xué)院國(guó)家數(shù)學(xué)與交叉科學(xué)中心、中國(guó)科學(xué)院晨興數(shù)學(xué)中心和中國(guó)科學(xué)院預(yù)測(cè)科學(xué)研究中心。此外，還有我國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)領(lǐng)域唯一一個(gè)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室——科學(xué)與工程計(jì)算國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，及五個(gè)中國(guó)科學(xué)院重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，分別為中國(guó)科學(xué)院管理決策與信息系統(tǒng)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、中國(guó)科學(xué)院系統(tǒng)控制重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、中國(guó)科學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)機(jī)械化重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，中國(guó)科學(xué)院華羅庚數(shù)學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、中國(guó)科學(xué)院隨機(jī)復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)與數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等。詳見(jiàn)http://www.amss.ac.cn。

1、優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）的申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)具備以下條件：

（2）出生日期在1984年1月1日（含）以后；

（4）研究方向主要為數(shù)學(xué)與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域；

（6）取得同行專(zhuān)家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/p>

執(zhí)行國(guó)家科技人才計(jì)劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的相關(guān)要求。同層次國(guó)家科技人才計(jì)劃只能承擔(dān)一項(xiàng)，不能逆層次申請(qǐng)。

About AMSS

Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences (AMSS) is a top research center of mathematics and systems science in China, dedicated to the highest level research in pure mathematics, applied mathematics, and applications of mathematics. Currently, AMSS has 270 faculty members, including 15 CAS Academicians, 1 CAE Academician, and 48 recipients of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. AMSS invites young scholars working in all areas of mathematics to apply for National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars (Overseas) through AMSS. 

Requirement for Applicants from NSFC

 (1) Abide by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and have good scientific ethics.

 (2) Born on or after January 1, 1984.

 (3) Have a PhD degree in mathematics or related areas.

 (4) Have more than 36 months’ working experience at oversea universities or academic research institutions before April 15, 2024. For those who have obtained a PhD degree overseas and have outstanding research records, the limitation of work experience can be relaxed.

 (5) Have strong research record and the potential of becoming an academic leader.

(6) The applicant should have not yet returned to China on a full-time working basis, or returned to China after January 1, 2023. If the fund is approved, the recipient need to work at AMSS full-time for at least 3 years.
