China National GeneBank

The China National GeneBank (CNGB), China's first national-level integrated gene bank, serves as a key national infrastructure for science and industry. Committed to establishing a cutting-edge bioresource platform centered on human health data with high-quality biobanking as its hallmark, CNGB supports basic research, pharmaceutical R&D, and clinical applications. By building an end-to-end data ecosystem that encompasses major diseases and integrates multi-scale, multi-modal datasets from micro to macro levels, CNGB advances scientific discovery and healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and System Development

Formulate medium- and long-term development strategies and policies for the National GeneBank platform.

2. Operate the National GeneBank to provide high-standard data and service support

Oversee daily operations (budget/resource/space management), develop and refine internationally compliant data and products, and drive continuous iteration and optimization.

3. Cross-Border Collaboration and Research Support

Provide stable, secure, and efficient services to diverse entities such as research institutions, hospitals, and enterprises, promoting open resource sharing and collaborative research.

4. Team Building and Talent Development

Assemble and lead interdisciplinary operations and research teams, implement talent recruitment, training, and incentive programs, and foster an international and innovative work environment.

5. Promoting International Cooperation

Drive in-depth collaboration with world-class gene banks and related organizations, participate in global life science data standards, mutual recognition of databases, and major international research initiatives.

Requirements

1. Relevant professional research or management experience.

2. Experience in organizing and managing major scientific research platforms or biological resource-related projects.

3. Strategic thinking, system-building capabilities, and cross-disciplinary communication and coordination skills.

4. Experience in building international collaboration networks.

5.Policy compliance, ethical management, and leadership skills in multidisciplinary teams.

深圳國(guó)家基因庫(kù)是由國(guó)家發(fā)展和改革委、財(cái)政部、工信部、國(guó)家衛(wèi)生健康委四部委批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)的我國(guó)首個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)綜合性基因庫(kù)，致力于構(gòu)建以人類健康醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)為核心、以高質(zhì)量樣本庫(kù)為特色的生物資源平臺(tái)。基因庫(kù)面向基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究、醫(yī)藥研發(fā)和臨床應(yīng)用，打造服務(wù)科研與產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵支撐平臺(tái)，建設(shè)覆蓋重大人類疾病、跨尺度、跨模態(tài)、從微觀到宏觀的全鏈條數(shù)據(jù)資源體系。

主要職責(zé)

1.戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與體系建設(shè)

制定國(guó)家基因庫(kù)平臺(tái)中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和政策；

2.運(yùn)營(yíng)國(guó)家基因庫(kù)，提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的數(shù)據(jù)與服務(wù)支持

主導(dǎo)基因庫(kù)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)（預(yù)算/資源/空間管理），建設(shè)并完善符合國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的數(shù)據(jù)與產(chǎn)品，并不斷迭代與優(yōu)化；

3.跨界合作與科研支撐

為科研機(jī)構(gòu)、醫(yī)院、企業(yè)等多元主體提供穩(wěn)定、安全、高效的服務(wù)，推動(dòng)資源開(kāi)放共享與科研協(xié)同；

4.團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)與人才培養(yǎng)

組建并帶領(lǐng)跨學(xué)科運(yùn)營(yíng)與科研團(tuán)隊(duì)，實(shí)施人才引進(jìn)、培訓(xùn)與激勵(lì)，打造國(guó)際化、創(chuàng)新型工作氛圍；

5.推動(dòng)國(guó)際合作

推動(dòng)與國(guó)際一流基因庫(kù)及相關(guān)組織的深度合作，參與全球生命科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)互認(rèn)與國(guó)際重大科研項(xiàng)目。

任職資格

1.具有相關(guān)專業(yè)研究或管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)

2.有重大科研平臺(tái)或生物資源類項(xiàng)目的組織管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3.具備戰(zhàn)略思維、系統(tǒng)搭建能力及跨界溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力

4.具備國(guó)際合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建經(jīng)驗(yàn)

5.具有政策合規(guī)、倫理管理及多學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力
