一、中心簡介

首都醫(yī)學科學創(chuàng)新中心(簡稱創(chuàng)新中心)是北京市新成立的具有獨立法人資格的新型研發(fā)機構。創(chuàng)新中心以推動醫(yī)學科學發(fā)展、改善人類健康為目標,開展生物醫(yī)學研究,致力于提升醫(yī)學科學創(chuàng)新與成果轉化能力,提高疾病診斷和治療水平。我們將匯聚世界高水平科學家,與首都醫(yī)學教育和科學研究優(yōu)質資源緊密合作,打造多學科交叉融合的科研平臺,綜合自由探索、醫(yī)學目標導向、有組織科研等途徑,實踐新型科研模式和體制機制,逐步推進醫(yī)教研產的深度融合,培養(yǎng)適應醫(yī)學科學創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才。

二、實驗室介紹

劉嵐,首都醫(yī)科大學教授,臨床研究中心主任。首都醫(yī)學科學創(chuàng)新中心高級研究員。獲得海外高層次人才稱號。本科于中國科學技術大學數學系畢業(yè)后,2010年赴美國北卡羅來那大學教堂山分校 (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) 攻讀生物統(tǒng)計專業(yè)(該校專業(yè)排名全美前三)碩博連讀,三年后于2013年獲得博士學位。后赴美國哈佛大學生物統(tǒng)計和流行病系從事博士后研究,并在美國明尼蘇達大學獲得統(tǒng)計學長聘副教授,曾任明尼蘇達大學統(tǒng)計咨詢中心主任。

劉嵐教授從事統(tǒng)計理論和應用研究。在理論上主要學術成果包括:第一,流行病學和社會學里的干涉問題,提出并論證了在干涉情況下兩階段隨機化方法的統(tǒng)計方案,第二,臨床醫(yī)學的非依從性和非隨機缺失問題,提出了新的識別性和估計方法用以矯正偏差,第三,fMRI數據降維問題,針對大腦內功能相關區(qū)域的信號出現聯(lián)動的特點提出高效的統(tǒng)計方法。在統(tǒng)計和醫(yī)學雜志發(fā)表論文30余篇,共主導五個國家級的研究項目(其中的一個在當年的NIH基金評審中排名前1%)。劉嵐教授擔任統(tǒng)計頂級期刊Journal of American Statistical Association (JASA) 的副主編,醫(yī)學頂級期刊The Lancet 的統(tǒng)計審稿人,醫(yī)學期刊Journal of American Heart Association (JAHA) 客座編輯(Guest Editor)、統(tǒng)計編輯,Cell子刊Med的統(tǒng)計編輯,Stroke雜志統(tǒng)計編輯,Lancet Neurology、Journal of Thoracic Oncology、eClinicalMedicine統(tǒng)計審稿人,另外還擔任了20余個統(tǒng)計、流行病、經濟學雜志的審稿人(如American Journal of Epidemiology,Annals of Applied Statistics,Biometrics,Biometrika,Biostatistics,Journal of Econometrics,Journal of the Royal Statistical Society: Series B,Scandinavian Journal of Statistics,Statistics in Medicine 等)。

在統(tǒng)計應用上,劉嵐教授在美國食品藥品監(jiān)管局(FDA)工作實習,參與了對于缺失數據指導方案前期的探索研究。在美期間,劉嵐教授與醫(yī)學專家合作,進行實驗設計和數據分析,論文發(fā)表在多個不同領域醫(yī)學雜志。同時,劉嵐教授和首都醫(yī)科大學多家附屬醫(yī)院的多個科室都有深度合作。此外,劉嵐教授擁有豐富的統(tǒng)計咨詢經驗,與美敦力公司,美國明尼蘇達州財政部、勞工部、刑事犯罪局、紐約房屋管理局均有合作項目。

三、招聘職位:統(tǒng)計師

(一)崗位職責

1.參與實驗室所負責的前沿醫(yī)學研究項目(涵蓋臨床研究、轉化醫(yī)學等方向);

2.參與研究設計,提供專業(yè)統(tǒng)計支持,包括樣本量估算、隨機化方案制定等;

3.建立和維護高質量研究數據庫,進行復雜的數據管理和清洗;

4.運用先進的統(tǒng)計方法(如多變量分析、機器學習應用、縱向數據分析、生存分析等)進行數據分析、建模和結果解讀;

5.負責或參與撰寫統(tǒng)計分析計劃(SAP)和研究報告(包括圖表制作與結果展示);

6.根據研究需求,開發(fā)或優(yōu)化特定的統(tǒng)計分析流程和算法;

7.參與結果討論、論文撰寫及國際學術交流。

(二)任職要求

1.頂尖學歷背景:

擁有統(tǒng)計(Statisticis)或生物統(tǒng)計學(Biostatistics)碩士或以上學位;

碩士學位畢業(yè)于國際一流學府。

2.專業(yè)核心能力:

1) 扎實的統(tǒng)計學理論基礎(概率論、數理統(tǒng)計、線性模型、廣義線性模型、生存分析等);

2) 精通至少一種主流統(tǒng)計分析編程語言(如R),并能熟練進行數據清洗、處理和分析;

3) 深入理解生物醫(yī)學研究的設計原則與方法(隨機對照試驗、隊列研究、病例對照研究等);

4)具備良好的統(tǒng)計建模能力和解決復雜醫(yī)學問題的能力。

(三)其他重要素質:

優(yōu)秀的邏輯思維能力、嚴謹細致的科研態(tài)度和獨立解決問題的能力;

出色的中英文書面與口語溝通能力(能夠在多學科團隊和國際合作環(huán)境中高效交流),托福105分以上;

強烈的求知欲和學習能力,關注生物統(tǒng)計方法學前沿發(fā)展。

(四)優(yōu)先條件:擁有生物醫(yī)學領域(如流行病學、臨床試驗、藥物研發(fā)等)的實際研究或項目經驗;熟悉相關監(jiān)管要求(如FDA/EMA/NMPA)者優(yōu)先。

Laboratory Introduction

Lan Liu, Professor at Capital Medical University, Director of the Clinical Research Center, and Associate Investigator at CIMR. Recipient of the Overseas High-Level Talent award. After earning her bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China, she pursued a Ph.D. in Biostatistics (Top 3 U.S. program) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010, obtaining her doctorate in 2013. She later conducted postdoctoral research in Biostatistics and Epidemiology at Harvard University and became a tenured Associate Professor of Statistics at the University of Minnesota, where she served as Director of the Statistical Consulting Center.

Prof. Liu’s research spans statistical theory and applications. Key theoretical contributions include:

Addressing interference in epidemiology/sociology by proposing and validating statistical frameworks for two-stage randomization designs.

Developing novel identification and estimation methods to correct biases from noncompliance and non-random missing data in clinical medicine.

Creating efficient statistical methods for fMRI data dimension reduction, accounting for co-fluctuations in functionally related brain regions.

She has published 30+ papers in statistical and medical journals and led five national research projects (one ranked top 1% in NIH peer review).

Prof. Liu serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of the American Statistical Association (JASA), Statistical Reviewer for The Lancet, Guest Statistical Editor for the Journal of the American Heart Association (JAHA) and Med (Cell Press), Statistical Editor for Stroke, and reviewer for Lancet Neurology, Journal of Thoracic Oncology, eClinicalMedicine, and 20+ other statistical/epidemiological/economics journals (e.g., American Journal of Epidemiology, Annals of Applied Statistics, Biometrics, Biometrika, Biostatistics, Journal of Econometrics, Journal of the Royal Statistical Society: Series B, Scandinavian Journal of Statistics, Statistics in Medicine).

In applied statistics, Prof. Liu interned at the U.S. FDA, contributing to exploratory studies for missing data guidelines. She collaborated extensively with medical experts in the U.S. on experimental design and data analysis, publishing across medical domains. Currently, she partners with multiple departments at Capital Medical University’s affiliated hospitals. Her statistical consulting experience includes projects with Medtronic, the Minnesota Departments of Finance/Labor, the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the New York City Housing Authority.

Open Positions

Biostatistician

Main Responsibilities

a. Participate in cutting-edge medical research projects (clinical/translational studies).

b. Provide statistical support for study design, including sample size estimation and randomization.

c. Establish/maintain high-quality databases; perform complex data management/cleaning.

d. Apply advanced statistical methods (multivariate analysis, machine learning, longitudinal/survival analysis) for modeling and interpretation.

e. Lead/contribute to statistical analysis plans (SAPs), reports, and visualizations.

f. Develop/optimize statistical workflows and algorithms.

g. Engage in results discussions, manuscript writing, and international academic exchanges.

Qualifications

a. Elite Academic Background:

Master’s or higher in Statistics/Biostatistics.

Graduate degree from a globally top-tier institution.

b. Technical Expertise:

Strong foundation in probability, mathematical statistics, linear/generalized linear models, and survival analysis.

Proficiency in ≥1 statistical programming language (e.g., R) for data cleaning/analysis.

Deep understanding of biomedical study designs (RCTs, cohort/case-control studies).

Proven ability in statistical modeling and solving complex medical problems.

c. Essential Attributes:

Excellent analytical skills, meticulous scientific rigor, and independent problem-solving.

Outstanding English/Chinese communication (TOEFL ≥105) for multidisciplinary/international collaboration.

Intellectual curiosity and commitment to tracking biostatistics methodology advances.

d. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in biomedical research (epidemiology, clinical trials, drug development).

Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA/EMA/NMPA).
