The Hainan International College of Communication University of China is a strategic initiative that will elevate the university to the ranks of an international top-tier institution. The College was established in 2020 and is responsible for coordinating the university's Sino-foreign cooperation in Hainan. The college leverages its location at the Hainan Free Trade Port to capitalize on the advantages of international media higher education. Disciplinary and professional layouts are being developed around artificial intelligence and e-sports. To further enhance the English teaching level of the college and effectively improve students' English proficiency and cross-cultural communication skills, we are recruiting two foreign academic English teachers from home and abroad.

中國(guó)傳媒大學(xué)海南國(guó)際學(xué)院是學(xué)校從國(guó)內(nèi)一流向國(guó)際一流跨越的階梯和平臺(tái)。學(xué)院于2020年正式成立，負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌學(xué)校在海南的中外合作辦學(xué)工作。學(xué)院立足國(guó)際傳媒高等教育，充分利用海南自貿(mào)港區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)，圍繞人工智能和電子競(jìng)技進(jìn)行學(xué)科和專業(yè)布局。為進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)學(xué)院的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)水平，提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)能力和跨文化交際能力，現(xiàn)向海內(nèi)外誠(chéng)聘外籍學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)教師2名。

English Language/EAP Teachers (Full-time)

全職學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)教師

Duties and Responsibilities/崗位職責(zé)

1. 16 teaching hours per week, with each teaching hour equating to 50 minutes of instruction. Additionally, you are required to complete 8 hours of office counseling.

每周16個(gè)教學(xué)學(xué)時(shí)（一個(gè)教學(xué)學(xué)時(shí)為50分鐘），和8個(gè)小時(shí)辦公室咨詢時(shí)間。

2. Develop course outline and teaching plans aligned with curriculum requirements, and design appropriate examination schemes.

制定符合課程要求的教學(xué)計(jì)劃和教學(xué)大綱、合理設(shè)計(jì)考試方案。

3. Maintain accurate records of student progress, evaluate teaching effectiveness, and provide written feedback as required.

準(zhǔn)確記錄學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度、對(duì)教學(xué)效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估，并根據(jù)要求提供書面反饋。

Qualifications/任職要求

1. No criminal record. Should comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

無(wú)犯罪記錄。應(yīng)遵守中華人民共和國(guó)的法律法規(guī)。

2. Master’s degree or higher. (Preferably in education, English, linguistics or related major.)

碩士研究生及以上（最好為教育、英語(yǔ)、語(yǔ)言學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)）。

3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certification or equivalent.

取得TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA認(rèn)證或同等教學(xué)資格。

4. Ideally has at least two years of full-time experience teaching English, with a preference for those with college teaching experience.

具備2年及以上全職英語(yǔ)教學(xué)經(jīng)歷，高校教學(xué)經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮

5. Organizational and communication skills, interpersonal skills, stress tolerance, and teamwork skills.

組織溝通能力、人際交往能力、抗壓能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力

*Alternative qualifications and experience on the merits will be considered as well.
