先進電子材料研究中心(AMC)成立于2010年，在先進電子封裝材料國家地方聯(lián)合工程實驗室平臺的支撐下，籌建深圳市電子材料國際創(chuàng)新研究院，致力于晶圓級封裝關鍵材料、芯片級封裝關鍵材料、介電材料、熱管理材料、電磁屏蔽材料、封裝材料計算與仿真、金屬互連材料與封裝材料可靠性等方面的前沿研究。
熱電轉換材料與器件團隊組建于2020年，負責人劉睿恒研究員，國家級青年人才項目、廣東省杰出青年基金、深圳市優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者，團隊主要從事室溫附近熱電材料與器件研究、芯片元器件主動熱管理封裝技術、半導體薄膜與傳感器件研究。迄今共發(fā)表Nature communication、Joule、Energy & environmental Sicence等學術論文80余篇，團隊依托集成電路材料全國重點實驗室以及國內唯一的電子封裝材料驗證線，具備完備的芯片級熱電熱管理材料與器件的研發(fā)、表征測試平臺，承擔了國家級、及省市級項目多項。

博士后
崗位職責
1. 研究方向
1）中低溫熱電材料與器件研究：開展材料合成制備，器件設計與集成。
2）低維熱電材料與器件研究：開展機器學習輔助低維材料設計與合成制備，低維材料輸運微納測量，器件構型設計與封裝集成研究。
2. 與合作導師共同承擔科研課題，發(fā)表高水平研究論文，申請各類科研項目、專利；
根據院所安排，承擔一定的團隊管理工作。
任職條件
1.獲得博士學位不超過3年，年齡在35周歲（含）以下，具有較強的英語能力；未在廣東省從事過博士后工作；
2.材料化學、材料物理背景，并在相關領域發(fā)表過學術文章；
3.具備獨立負責和開展科研項目研究的能力；團隊合作意識強，響應能力強，工作積極主動。有重大研究成果者優(yōu)先考慮；
4.能夠全職在深圳先進院完成博士后研究；
5.具有MEMS器件集成封裝經驗，或者金屬合金材料相場仿真研究，或者有海外港澳學習工作經歷者優(yōu)先；
福利待遇

4.出站后如留深簽約3年工作勞動合同，可申請深圳市博士后留深來深科研資助30萬，每年10萬共計3年，全面保障并協(xié)助申請出站后各類補貼福利；

Research Areas:

Applicant Qualification
1) Aged under 35. Have a Ph. D degree received within 3 years. Strong English ability is preferred.
2) Research experience in MEMS thermopile devices or material phase-field simulation, and published academic articles in related fields.
3) Applicants who have achieved significant research results preferred.
4) Full-time position.
Salary and Benefits
1) During the postdoctoral period, the comprehensive annual income includes full government subsidies, competitive salaries, and bonus rewards.
